Polymer Chamber Body

The Polymer Chamber Body is fabricated from an aluminum “strong-back” with either Electroless Nickel Deposition or Hard Coat Anodize/Teflon corrosion barrier and a Solid Engineering Polymer material for the chamber cavity and all wetting surfaces including the ports and blade clamps.

Features Include:

• Exception chemical resistance to a broad range of materials and is completely inert to any pH level – no limits.
• Incredibly easy to clean water base or solvent or 100% inks and coatings. Almost nothing will stick to the surface with any serious bond strength
• Exceptional abrasion resistance to compounds with high inorganic solids content.
• Does not require the use of sharp scrapers or abrasive pads.
